Cancellation Policy

 

If you are no longer able to make your appointment, please email or give us a call 24-48 hours in advance.

 

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of $50 and up to a cost of the scheduled treatment. Monday appointments should be rescheduled 48 hours before since we are closed on Sunday.

24 hours cancellation notice is appreciated to ensure your favourite Euro Charm Clinic technician has the opportunity to fill that appointment. Deposits are required for all appointments for over 2 hours. In the rare event, we are given less than 24 hours on more than one occasion a credit card deposit will be required to book future appointments.
